Full name, email, optionally phone number, a description of your situation, and details about companies or income that you provide yourself. We do not collect passwords, banking access credentials, or payment card numbers.
We process enquiry data to make contact and assess the possibility of an engagement, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with a prospective client. During an engagement, the basis is contract performance.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with a specialist partner where required for a specific task and with your prior permission, as well as with technical service providers who process data on our instructions.
Contact form data is stored in our database on infrastructure operated within the European Union, with access restricted to FromCFO. Each enquiry records the date of consent and technical data needed to protect the form against abuse (a shortened technical fingerprint of the connection, browser identifier and the page the enquiry was sent from). A confirmation email is sent automatically to the address provided, from the domain notify.fromcfo.com; this email is not used for marketing messages.
Enquiry data without a resulting engagement is retained for no longer than 12 months. Data for active clients is retained for the duration of the engagement and for any statutory period required after its conclusion.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and transfer your data, and to withdraw consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
We apply a principle of minimal access, controlled sharing and access logging. FromCFO does not hold client funds and has no right to dispose of your accounts.
